Details of our Warranty:

It is in more than 85% of the cases that the initial visit and application is fully sufficient to completely exterminate the targeted Pests. During our service visit we inspect the property and accordingly deploy pest control measures to eradicate the targeted pests.

Most pest control measures remain effective in reducing the pests population for several months. We expect the targeted pests to die off within five weeks.

However, if the pest population does not die off completely, or it re-surfaces, then we provide one second application, free of cost within the 7 month warranty period.

And in rare cases where the pests situation requires a 3rd or subsequent visit or application, then in this exceptional situation, we require a recall service fee of 31% of the original fee or $170, whichever is higher.

This is our standard service guarantee that applies to almost all extermination services such as Mice Extermination, Cockroach Elimination, Pest Control for Bed Bugs, Fleas, Moths, Centipedes, Spiders, Wasps, Flies of all kind, Carpenter Ants and all other Crawling and Flying Insects.

Note: Any tools and materials, that are deployed in the delivery of pest control service, remain our property.
