Details of our Warranty:

It is in more than 85% of the cases that the initial visit and application is fully sufficient to completely exterminate the targeted Pest(s). During our service visit we inspect the property and deploy pest control measures to eliminate the targeted pest.

It will become evident in about 3 weeks time that the Pest(s) are being eliminated na that their numbers are in decline. If that is not the case, the client may request a second visit and application.

It may further take another 2 weeks for complete elimination.

If the presence of Pest becomes noticeable again, regardless of the cause, within seven months since the initial visit and application, then we provide one recall service free of cost.

However, if the Pest situation requires a 3rd or subsequent visit or application, then in this exceptional situation, we require a recall service fee of 31% of the original fee or $170 whichever is higher.

This is our standard service guarantee that applies to almost all extermination services such as Mice Extermination, Cockroach Elimination, Pest Control for Centipedes, Spiders, Wasps, Flies of all kind, Carpenter Ants and all other Crawling and Flying Insects.
