Project Description

Spider Pest Control and Extermination.

We use commercially registered insecticide application for Spiders pest control. Our service includes a 7 months limited warranty during which one second application, if required, is provided free of cost. Spiders mostly feed on crawling and flying insects that are likely trapped in the silk webs created by Spiders.

Spiders primarily feed upon other insects and most common household insects. They feed on crawling and flying insects just the same. And insects in general require dampness and some decaying organic matter to survive. Hence the solution is obvious. You should remove all organic debris that is just outside of the property and reduce dampness in basements. However, there are natural conditions that support more Spiders in some backyards than others. In unusual circumstances or for low tolerance of these Pests, your only choice may be to have a professional extermination service.

  • Spiders are not insects but invertebrates and have an exoskeleton.
  • Spiders produce silk to weave webs to catch prey.
  • They eat a large variety of insects.
  • Most spiders possess venom, which is injected into prey to kill and liquify.
  • Spiders only ingest liquified elements of their prey and do not do any chewing.
Spiders are arachnids and not insects.

Spiders are in the same family as scorpions, mites, and ticks.

Spiders have EIGHT legs whereas insects have SIX.

While insects have antennae, Spider do not!

Dead Spider Exterminated in Mississauga

This is another larger spider that was exterminated in Mississauga home. It has since crumbled up a bit. It’s large eyes are shining in light. Also it’s fangs and digestive cecum are in full view. Ticks and Mites are in the same family of arachnids as Spiders!

Spiders only bite humans in self defence. An exceptionally elevated fear of spiders is called ‘arachnophobia’.

Spider Nest

Spiders nest in small gaps and spaces particularly near corners and edges. It is easier to build silk nests near and around such openings and intersecting surfaces. Also, they can shelter and hide not far from the traps that they lay down for their prey. This picture shows the weeping gaps in exterior brick work in Mississauga home. This spiders came out after they were impacted by the pesticides spray application in the hole.
