Insecticides Application Guide:
METHODOLOGY:
For the reasons of safety and regulations, only those surfaces and areas are treated with insecticide where Pests shelter and or move around in search for food, etc.
Where possible, it is preferred to apply insecticides inside the Cracks and Gaps of such surfaces and areas.
Most commonly used insecticides are in the form of a coarse spray and may have an oily paint like smell to it. These insecticides create an impactful residual film that affects the pest upon physical contact. For the most effective results, it is helpful that surfaces to be treated are clear of debris and clean.
HOW SHOULD CLIENT PREPARE FOR THE TREATMENT/EXTERMINATION?
Wether it is flying insects, spiders, ants, cockroaches, or centipedes, the residents are aware where most of the Pest are seen.
These are the target areas and surfaces that would be treated. So it is helpful to clear your articles from under and near such places. Also, to clean these areas and surfaces thoroughly.
Cover or remove food items, dishes and utensils from any area that is to be treated.
Cover or remove aquariums, pet cages and pet food dishes.
If there are any excessively infested items that should be discarded, please, do so before the treatment.
WHAT TO DO AFTER THE TREATMENT?
We will point out to you the target areas for the insecticides prior to the application.
Afterwards, if you find that there is off target insecticides to surface or area that may be engaged by people or pets, please clean it off and dispose the cleaning rag.
The residual smell of insecticides is mostly due to the carrier or solvent substance. And although somewhat unpleasant, these odours are harmless.
